Family Secrets Exposed!

So, Summer over at Le Musings of Moi and Jenni Jiggety interviewed their kids last week, and it was just so dang cute, I had to give it a try. Uh, let's just say Moody Teen could not have been more sullen and morose, and in the end I deleted the video because I was afraid it would scare people (I am simply used to the awful behavior, and really kind of over it). Well, that left me with my sweet Mr. Beans. Other than the fact that he is only marginally more cooperative than MT, and calls me out on my guilty pleasure, the video is pretty benign. Unfortunately, it cuts out right before his impression of my (apparently) obnoxious and sea-creature-like laugh. Oh darn.

But I guess the real issue that has come to light is I need to start paying more attention to the back of my hair. Disturbing!

BAHAHAHAAHAHAHA OMG I am so loving that interview! That boy knows how to tell it like it is, and then suck up afterwards:) What a cutie. I didn't expect his voice to be so deep! I loved when he said he was good at "loving the cat". I'm not
EVEN going to comment on the soap operas. Nope. You won't hear anything from me. Snicker...

That had me ROLLING. I love it. What a great guy. I loved the soap opera argument. I'll openly admit I love Y & R and I really wish I could watch it more often. :)

The nut doesn't fall far from the tree. Love the banter— had me giggling a lot throughout. I guess you never know what they know until you ask. "What's mommy not good at"…&hmdash; Perhaps he didn't want to answer because he didn't want to incriminate himself.

You are adorable. And you are the cutest mom everrrrrrr.

And, I watched General Hospital from birth until about a year ago. I quit it when Spinelli came on. =) He was enough to quit a 20 something year habit!

I'm with Bee and Rose - if this is not a regular segment, I might just have to stop following you (kidding, you know I would NEVER EVER do that!!)

I too was surprised by his deep voice.

And you're such a slacker - you get to eat breakfast in bed. Every year!!!

Princess.

(you and Mr. Beans give me hope that my sweet boys will always be my sweet boys. Oh, and I'm 5, 5 too - this is getting a little weird.)

That was funny. Mr. Bean knows just how to walk the line with his beloved Mum. It is obvious to me you all have a wonderful relationship. He kinda pinned you to the wall about watching Soaps? LOL. Thanks for sharing.

OMG that is so funny! How did you ever convince him to do that? I don't think I could get either of mine to agree to be interviewed. They just mock my blog.

SOAPS!!!! Hilarious. I never thought my son paid attention to what I watched when he was younger until we went to meet my husband for lunch and Days of Our Lives was on the tv and Clay spits out all proud.."Mommy! That's the show you watch all the time!" I haven't watched it since.

Great post.

Just a reminder...you are my #1 celebrity crush right now!

Except for Daniel Craig and Keith Urban, whom both make me feel guilty when I think of them.

He is a doll!!!

PS Can't send goodies to basic, just letters, cards and the like. Aren't you thoughtful to consider it though!
